Your mission:

The Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and release readiness of software solutions through effective test planning, execution, automation, and defect management. What will you do:

  • Validate business processes, data flows, edge cases, localisation, internationalisation, and responsive behaviour across browsers and devices.
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability in Jira between requirements, test cases, results, and defects, ensuring all test artefacts are version-controlled, auditable, and compliant with governance requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify, document, prioritise, and retest defects, working closely with Product and Development teams to drive resolution.
  • Lead testing for assigned releases, including scope management, defect triage, reporting, quality assessments, readiness reviews, Go/No-Go recommendations, test sign-off, and post-release validation where required.
  • Coordinate testing with Product Owners, Developers, business stakeholders, and release teams.
  • Continuously improve test processes, tools, assets, automation coverage, and ways of working to improve quality and reduce delivery risk.

What we ask for:

  • Proven experience in software testing for web-based and enterprise applications, such as CRM, eCommerce, reporting, dataflow, or subscription-based platforms.
  • Strong expertise in functional, integration, end-to-end (E2E), regression, and exploratory testing.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation and API testing.
  • Good understanding of performance testing concepts and the ability to interpret test results.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management tools, including Jira.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly report testing outcomes, risks, and recommendations.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
