Your mission:
Based at our Watford office, this is a strategic Senior Reward Analyst role leading the development and implementation of reward policies across Europe. You’ll shape and drive core frameworks including pay, incentives, mobility, and broader compensation, playing a key role in delivering Epson Europe’s overall reward strategy.
What you will do:
Compensation & Analytics
Implement the design and modelling of salary structures and incentive plans
Analyse compensation data and scenarios to inform decision-making
Identify pay gaps and develop compliance with pay transparency regulations
Pay & Incentives Policy
Help develop and maintain consistent, compliant reward policies
Drive pay transparency and fair pay decision-making frameworks
Communicate policies and deliver training to HR and managers
Car & Mobility Policies
Review and optimisation of company car and mobility policies
Benchmark against market practice and align with cost and sustainability goals
Assist with implementation and ongoing policy management
General
Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders
Act as a subject matter expert on reward practices
Contribute to wider Reward and HR projects
What we ask for:
- Experience in reward/compensation in a European or international environment
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
- Knowledge of compensation frameworks and ideally mobility practices
- Clear communicator, able to translate data into insights
- Detail-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English (additional European languages a plus)
