Your mission:

We’re seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager with a strong background in complex, EU-wide HR initiatives and a proven ability to deliver at pace in a dynamic environment on a 12-month fixed term contract. A solid understanding of change management is essential, as the role involves leading and supporting multiple high-impact projects.

This position follows a hybrid working model: three days from home and two days in our state-of-the-art Watford office.

 

What you will do:

You will be responsible for driving organizational change by managing interdependent projects that contribute to Epson’s transformation goals.

Project Initiation

  • Establish project structure and change management approach

Project Planning

  • Prepare budgets and manage vendor selection and contracts as required
  • Facilitate project workshops and finalize scope
  • Develop project plans and ensure resource alignment
  • Define project roles and lead responsibilities
  • Align project charters with business strategy for cohesive delivery

Project Delivery

  • Implement project and change plans
  • Ensure quality standards and track progress via PMO reporting
  • Oversee cross-team collaboration and remove delivery blockers

Project Closure

  • Address gaps and embed change outcomes
  • Transfer documentation and knowledge to stakeholders
  • Conduct retrospectives and share lessons learned

 

What we ask for:

Essential:

  • Extensive experience in managing and coordinating multiple complex projects
  • Strong grasp of project methodologies, team dynamics, and industry practices
  • Proficient in tools like MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
  • Deadline-driven with high accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills; effective in matrix and multicultural environments
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and influence
  • Critical thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-focused
  • Self-motivated and works independently
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent level of English (verbal and written)

Desirable:

  • Waterfall methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Agile methodology (e.g., PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile)
  • Change management (e.g., PROSCI)
