Your mission: 

Join an established, dynamic HR team on a fixed-term contract until 31st October 2026. Your mission is to provide practical HR support to line managers and employees across Europe, ensuring smooth administration processes and delivering a consistently high level of service.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, international organisation, supporting employees and managers across the UK&I, CEE and Nordics. You will also assist in implementing local and European HR projects that enhance efficiency and employee experience.

What you will do:

  • Deliver HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, escalating complex issues to senior HR colleagues or relevant specialists.
  • Provide excellent employee experience via Case Management technology, MS Teams calls and face to face interactions
  • Manage onboarding processes and maintain accurate HR systems and records.
  • Coordinate training workshops and support learning initiatives.
  • Support European benefits administration and local wellbeing activities.
  • Contribute to local HR projects and ensure alignment with EMEAR policies and practices, working with HR teams across Europe.
  • Support our HR Advisors in note taking for employee relations meetings
  • Produce metrics and reporting to validate and improve management decisions

What we ask for:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative or support role.
  • Understanding of HR processes and local employment regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and a helpful, collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable using MS Office applications; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Good level of English, additional European languages would be an advantage
