Your mission:

The Finance & Service Operations Specialist supports the Service Division by executing financial planning & forecasting, conducts in depth cost analysis and drives cost control initiatives in multiple regions of EU.

 

You will provide actionable insights into cost drivers and operational performance, enabling data-driven decision making across the organization.

 

Collaborates closely with regional service teams to secure alignment with financial and operational KPI’s, contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the service business.

 

What you will do:

  • Own financial planning and forecasting for the assigned regions ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budgets and forecasts. Prepares and analyses financial reports and collaborates with regional and cross-function stakeholders to support decision-making and maintain alignment with organizational targets.
  • Perform in-depth business analysis to identify key cost drivers across service operations, providing clear visibility into financial performance. Analyses patterns and variances, identifies opportunities and provides actionable insights to optimize cost and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate control activities for claims submitted by service partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements. Validate accuracy and legitimacy, identify anomalies or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial integrity and cost discipline.
  • Manage cost allocation and recharge processes in collaboration with EU and Global stakeholders, ensuring accurate expense allocations.

 

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), activity-based costing and cost controlling preferably from a service operations environment, across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, (formulas, pivot tables, data modelling, and visualization tools); Experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language, ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled in planning & organising, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across cross-functional and regional teams, proactive in driving alignment and continuous improvement.
