Your mission:

 

Would you like to build a new service team in Riga?!

 

In this newly created position as the Service Manager you will lead the service team within Epson’s European Business Services (EBS) function. Your team will cover functions such as service administration, customer care and other service related activities. You’ll ensure a high level of service is delivered externally while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

 

This is a great opportunity to join Epson as we establish our brand-new office in Riga. You’ll be a founding member of our Epson Business Services team, collaborating with colleagues locally. You’ll also work closely with Epson teams all over Europe. 

 

Salary: 3,333 - 4,375 (Monthly gross)

What you will do:

 

  • Lead and manage the Service EBS team – Service administration, Customer Care and other Service-related activities
  • Ensure consistent service delivery across regions through standardised processes and KPI’s.
  • Adapt and execute the Service plans, aligning with business goals.
  • Drive performance management and continuous process improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with local retained organisation’s, senior management, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team culture within the Service team.
  • Retain high employee engagement and talent development.

 

 

What we ask for:Bottom of Form

 

  • Previous experience managing a large diverse Customer Service team for a manufacturer focused multinational, handling volume transactions.
  • Previous Customer Service experience including Service Administration and Customer Care
  • Experience of dealing with outsourced elements of service, vendor management etc
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and service delivery metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including experience of dealing with all levels of management, and different functional departments.
  • Self-starter able to motivate yourself and team.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • An additional major European languages would be beneficial
