Your Mission:

Are you ready to take the lead in driving sales success! 

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage a high-performing small team to deliver impactful business plans with key consumer customers and partners to accelerate growth and maximize Epson product sales. You will own ambitious targets, share your expertise, and empower both your team and partners to achieve outstanding results within print & projection.

This role will cover Poland from our Warsaw office.

What you will do:

Sales

  • Grow existing customer relationships and expand engagement across accounts.
  • Execute tactical plans aligned with business strategy, report progress internally and externally.
  • Collaborate on pricing and strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Manage own account portfolio, demonstrating best-practice account development.
  • Drive high performance within the team and achieve defined targets.
  • Promote the full Epson range to increase market share.
  • Set and deliver quarterly targets for accounts and product ranges.
  • Create account plans with partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collect partner sales data to target key customers and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline.
  • Pass vertical-specific opportunities to specialists and maximize cross-team collaboration.

Channel Marketing

  • Contribute to annual marketing calendar and align sales plans with budget.
  • Ensure effective execution of Epson marketing campaigns.
  • Review quarterly business/marketing plans and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and execute account-specific promotional campaigns, track ROI.
  • Optimize implementation of generic campaigns within aligned accounts.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Support forecasting, account reviews, and development planning.
  • Provide accurate reporting and ensure team contributions.
  • Monitor forecasting process and supply enriched data to EEB/EMD.
  • Gather competitive insights and feed into promotional activities.
  • Maintain Partner Programme, review qualification criteria, and meet partner targets.
  • Identify customer case studies for internal and external use.

Management

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team to deliver sales strategy and revenue goals.
  • Motivate and appraise direct reports for effective team performance.

What we ask for:

  • Senior sales experience in a related industry.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of local market.
  • Proven track record of portfolio growth and sales results.
