Your mission: 

 

Would you like to join a newly created team in Riga?

 

The Web & E-Learning System Administrator is responsible for content management on web support pages for entire European region, and to ensure that content on the support pages stays up to date and relevant. In addition responsible for supporting administration of the e-learning platform.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Ensure technical support content on organisational support platforms is accurate and current:
    • Prepare and publish new support content in line with product launches and software/firmware releases.
    • Update existing articles to maintain relevance, accuracy and timeliness.
    • Collaborate with product teams, technical experts, localisation teams, and web/content developers to plan, produce and structure support content to optimise user navigation and searchability, including use of content management tools.
    • Work with IT or platform support teams to identify and resolve system issues and contribute to improvements within the content management system.
  • Coordinate with product and technical teams to maintain a content release calendar, ensuring support materials are available in line with product launch timelines.
  • Administer and support the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS) for Service:
    • Review and approve training content.
    • Manage users, groups and permissions.
    • Assist key users with LMS functionality and best practices.
    • Ensure reporting access is available and effective for users and management.
    • Provide input and feedback for future LMS enhancements.
  • Use content management and analytics tools to monitor support platform performance, including traffic, downloads and article engagement, using insights to guide content priorities and highlight issues or emerging trends.
  • Provide support for CIC System team when required.

What we ask for:

 

  • Solid experience in IT technology/ Technical communication (ideally in print environment).
  • Degree in relevant field.
  • Ability to write, edit, and/or revise a range of technical communications (work on all phases of information development from information gathering, to writing and editing).
  • Experience in developing design and layout of materials to be published.
  • Working knowledge of internet, Web languages (HTML) and Web authoring tools. 
  • Ability to communicate with and understand the requirements of Technical Support Specialists in their areas of specialty.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to quickly react to and resolve escalated support issues (e.g. wrong FW posted on web).
  • English both spoken and written for communication with international teams. Ability to write technical documents & reports in English. Other languages are beneficial.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to build relationships (all levels) especially with European Marketing, PM, EEB Operation team as well as APS Consumer & Business teams.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

 

What we offer:

 

Monthly salary 1550 - 2150 EUR gross (The final offer will be based on the candidate’s assessed skills, knowledge and experience.).
