Your mission:

As a Talent Operations Associate, your mission is to keep the recruitment and people processes running smoothly behind the scenes. You will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end hiring journey by ensuring all administrative, coordination, and system activities are delivered accurately and on time.

You’ll act as a central point of support for recruitment, learning, and wider People Services activities—helping to create a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams. By maintaining high data quality, managing processes efficiently, and providing reliable operational support, you’ll enable the Talent Acquisition team to focus on hiring the best talent, while ensuring compliance and consistency across all activities.

 

What will you do:

  • Provide administrative support across the recruitment process, including updating candidate records and workflows in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications
  • Prepare recruitment documents such as interview packs and offer templates
  • Support job advertising and posting on internal and external platforms
  • Manage recruitment inboxes and respond to candidate queries
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance standards
  • Support learning and development administration and LMS updates
  • Raise and track purchase orders for recruitment and People Services activities
  • Assist with reporting, data extracts, and process documentation
  • Provide general administrative support across People Services

 

What we ask for:

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role (HR, recruitment, or L&D preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Clear communication skills with various stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
  • Fluent in English; Latvian is a plus
