Your mission:

As the Senior People Operations Specialist your mission is to deliver complex hire to retire operational people activity across Europe and provide a deep level of expertise within the People Operations team. The role provides hands on expertise, processing advanced transactions, resolving more complex cases and supporting People Operations Associates with guidance and problem solving. The job holder supports process accuracy, data quality, audit readiness and operational consistency across the team, and collaborates closely with People Technology, Payroll Operations, Talent Operations and People Services Teams.

 

What you will do:

  • Deliver complex hire to retire people transactions including contractual changes, absence administration, lifecycle events, international moves, benefits updates and offboarding.
  • Act as an escalation point for People Operations Specialists, providing practical guidance on procedures, system steps, policy interpretation and issue resolution.
  • Perform quality checks and data validations on people work completed by Specialists to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with governance requirements.
  • Support data accuracy and compliance through validation activities, reconciliations and preparation for audit checks.
  • Prepare employment documentation including contracts, amendments, confirmations and formal letters with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Partner with People Technology to resolve system issues, raise tickets, test fixes or enhancements and provide feedback on recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with Payroll Operations to ensure accurate payroll inputs and resolve payroll-related data issues.
  • Provide additional support during peak periods, process changes or transitions by taking responsibility for complex or high-priority cases.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members by sharing knowledge, demonstrating processes and supporting capability growth across the team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring errors, gaps in documentation or opportunities to streamline workflows.

What we ask for:

  • Strong People operations experience, ideally within a shared services or multi country environment.
  • Working knowledge of hire to retire processes, People data requirements and specialist policies.
  • Experience resolving complex operational issues and handling escalations.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify anomalies and perform root cause analysis.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in data and document handling.
  • Experience using HRIS systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support and guide colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders in People teams and the business.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written to communicate with colleagues in Europe.

 

What we offer:

Monthly salary 1500 - 1900 EUR gross (The final offer will be based on the candidate’s assessed skills, knowledge and experience.)
