Your mission:

 

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator?

 

Would you like to join a new team in Riga?

 

The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing end to end customer support, including the daily transactional relationship. This involves working with other teams in Supply Chain, Finance and local sales to take ownership of customer orders and the various claims cycles.

 

This is a great opportunity to join Epson as we establish our brand-new office in Riga. You’ll be a founding member of our Epson Business Services team, collaborating with colleagues locally across functions such as finance, supply chain and logistics. You’ll also work closely with Epson teams all over Europe. 

 

Salary: 12,552-15,690 (EUR) + Bonus

What you will do:

 

  • Own the relationship for end-to-end customer support, including being the key contact for your customers for daily queries.
  • Work closely with local sales, customer operations, finance, Supply Chain Teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, efficient claim resolution and on time payment.
  • Process and monitor customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Take ownership of order changes, cancellations, and backorders in alignment with customer expectations and company policies.
  • Take ownership of Managed Print Service customer queries, system support, returns and billing.
  • Take ownership of your customer accounts claim cycle claim through to resolution. Progressing all correspondence, documentation and enquiries regarding transaction processing of:-
  • Commercial claims.
  • Back Margin.
  • Price Protection.
  • Rebates / Promotions.
  • Logistics claims.
  • Administrator the customer lifecycle in Epson systems as required.
  • Be pro-active in identifying, supporting and engaging in all continuous improvement activity.
  • Take ownership of maintaining all processes to ensure full compliance for JSOX and Audit both internal and external.

 

 

What we ask for:Bottom of Form

 

  • Previous sales administration experience to be able to work and interact at this level.
  • Good understanding of Order to cash processes and relevant KPI’s.
  • Previous experience of an ERP system ideally SAP SD / MM / IBP BW.
  • Good communication skills (written / verbal and face to face).
  • Good written and spoken English (additional European languages also a plus).
