Your mission:

 

Would you like to join a newly created team in Riga?

 

The Reward Operations Specialist delivers reward operations activity across Europe, including salary review support, compensation data preparation, benefits reporting and reward analytics. The role consolidates and validates data for key reward cycles, ensures alignment with the central Reward team and supports payroll with accurate reward-related inputs.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Prepare, validate, and consolidate compensation data across Europe in line with timelines and guidance set by the central Reward team.
  • Produce benchmarking and compensation reporting support.
  • Manage benefits census and provider reporting, ensuring accurate data submission for renewals, enrolments and compliance activities.
  • Support annual reward cycles including salary review, variable pay, benefits changes and market data submissions.
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of compensation and benefits surveys for all European operations.
  • Collaborate with the (Senior) Payroll Operations Specialists to ensure accurate integration of reward-related data into payroll processing.
  • Partner with People Services Teams to ensure alignment on reward timelines, data requirements, templates and governance.
  • Support central Reward in preparation and distribution of employee communications related to reward programs.
  • Perform data quality checks, reconciliations and compliance tasks, ensuring the accuracy of reward data.
  • Respond to reward-related queries from People operations colleagues or other stakeholders, escalating complex issues where required.
  • Maintain documentation for reward processes, data templates and reporting formats to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline reward processes, improve data accuracy or enhance reporting.

 

What we ask for:

 

  • Relevant education in the HR field.
  • Experience in reward, people data analysis or supporting compensation or benefits cycles is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
  • Proficiency with excel and data manipulation tools (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • Experience using HRIS reporting tools (SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to check and validate complex datasets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with People Service teams, Payroll, Finance and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data-related issues clearly.
  • Fluency in English.

 

What we offer:

Monthly salary 1500 - 2150 EUR gross (The final offer will be based on the candidate’s assessed skills, knowledge and experience).
