Would you like to join a new Supply Chain Team in Riga?

The Product Master Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all product data is correctly set up and available to relevant parties in time for each product launch and during the product life cycle, whereby internal processes and external rules (e.g. for intrastat) are adhered to.

This is a great opportunity to join Epson as we establish our brand-new office in Riga. You’ll be a founding member of our Epson Business Services team, collaborating with colleagues locally across functions such as finance, supply chain and logistics. You’ll also work closely with Epson teams all over Europe.


What you will do: 

 

  • Create and maintain product master data and Bill of Materials (BoM) in SAP
  • Manage product changes and version history (new products, updates, corrections)
  • Coordinate product documentation needed for compliance and certifications
  • Support product localization (labels, marks, languages, recycling information, barcodes)
  • Collect information from different internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure product data is consistent across systems and reports
  • Support product launches by tracking status, deadlines and open issues
  • Handle ad hoc requests related to product data and documentation
  • Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders

 

What we ask for: 

 

  • Experience in supply chain administration or operations role, or relevant education
  • Confident user of standard IT systems (ERP/master data); SAP is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail when working with data, documentation and systems
  • Ability to understand processes and manage changes end to end (system thinking)
  • Comfortable coordinating information across teams and tools
  • Good English (written and spoken) for communication with colleagues in Europe.
