Your mission:

As a People Technology Specialist, your mission is to keep our HR systems running smoothly and reliably across Europe. Acting as the first point of contact for system-related queries (primarily SAP SuccessFactors), you’ll play a critical role in supporting users, resolving issues, and ensuring data accuracy across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll combine technical know-how with strong problem-solving skills to deliver a seamless support experience, helping teams across multiple countries make the most of our people systems.

 

What you will do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries, managing and resolving user issues efficiently and triage incoming tickets, perform initial diagnostics, and escalate complex cases to the central People Technology team
  • Complete basic system configuration updates within defined permissions (e.g., picklists, templates, workflows)
  • Monitor workflows, approvals, and error queues, ensuring smooth system operation
  • Support system testing cycles, including preparing test cases, executing scripts, and documenting results
  • Perform regular data validation, reconciliations, and audit support activities, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and governance
  • Support people technology projects with coordination, documentation, and testing preparation
  • Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve, standardize, or automate processes
  • Create and update process documentation, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides
  • Produce basic reports, data extracts, and summaries as needed

 

What we ask for:

  • Background in HR systems support, IT support, or HR operations
  • Understanding of HR processes, workflows, and data structures
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platform, SAP SuccessFactors is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a ticket-based or helpdesk-style support role
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets effectively
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support users at different levels
  • Fluent in English verbal and written to communicate with colleagues in Europe.

 

What we offer:

Monthly salary 1600 - 2200 EUR gross (The final offer will be based on the candidate’s assessed skills, knowledge and experience.)
