Your mission:

As the Core People Operations Team Leader, your mission is to deliver a seamless, high-quality employee experience across Europe by leading a high-performing HR operations team. You’ll ensure that every stage of the employee lifecycle — from hire to retire — runs smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly, while driving consistency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across multiple countries.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how people operations services are delivered, balancing hands-on involvement with strategic oversight, and partnering with stakeholders to create a best-in-class employee experience.

What you will do:

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of People Operations Associates, Senior Associate and Reporting Specialist; allocate workload effectively to ensure service continuity and delivery against SLAs.
  • Oversee and support end-to-end HR operations across the hire-to-retire lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding, data management) and ensure all processes are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with policies and governance.
  • Step in when needed to handle complex cases and escalations.
  • Ensure consistent, compliant processes across multiple European countries.
  • Maintain strong controls, including data validation, audit readiness, and SOX compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve processes.
  • Partner with Talent Operations, Payroll, People Services, and HR Technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted operational partner to the EBS People Operations Manager.
  • Support service reviews, reporting cycles, and operational planning.
  • Oversee reporting and analytics through Reporting Specialist.
  • Ensure accurate, insightful reporting and consistent data standards and build reporting capability across the team.

What we ask for:

  • Strong HR operations experience across the full employee lifecycle, ideally in a shared service, GBS or multi country environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Hands-on experience processing HR transactions with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Solid understanding of HR controls, data governance, and audit compliance (e.g., SOX)
  • Experience with HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and data workflows
  • Confidence working with HR data, reporting, and analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational work
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complexity
  • Focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Fluent in English verbal and written to communicate with colleagues in Europe.

What we offer:

Monthly salary 2350 - 2900 EUR gross (The final offer will be based on the candidate’s assessed skills, knowledge and experience.)
