Your mission:

As the People Operations Specialist your mission is to deliver day to day hire to retire operational people activity across Europe. The role performs data updates, processes employee lifecycle transactions and prepares people documentation in line with defined standards and governance. The job holder works closely with the Senior People Operations Specialist, People Operations Reporting Specialist and People Services teams to ensure accurate, timely and compliant people service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

 

What you will do:

  • Deliver routine hire to retire people transactions including onboarding administration, contractual changes, lifecycle updates, absence processing, benefits updates and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee data within the people system by completing updates, checks and corrections as required.
  • Prepare people documentation such as contracts, amendments, confirmation letters and other employee-related materials.
  • Monitor workflow items, approvals and notifications to ensure timely processing and escalate issues where needed.
  • Collaborate with Payroll Operations, Talent Operations, People Technology and People Services Teams to support smooth process execution and resolve data-related queries.
  • Perform routine validation checks, data reconciliations and support audit activities including J SOX compliance tasks.
  • Respond to basic people process queries from employees or managers, escalating more complex questions to the Senior People Specialist or Team Leader.
  • Support maintenance of process documentation, work instructions and standard templates.
  • Produce standard people reports and support reporting requirements as directed by the People Operations Reporting Specialist or People Operations Team Leader.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on recurring issues, process gaps or opportunities for efficiency.

 

What we ask for:

  • Experience in people administration, preferably in a shared services environment; training will be provided.
  • Understanding of basic people processes, employee lifecycle activities and people data requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Ability to follow structured processes, manage deadlines and escalate appropriately.
  • Experience using people systems is beneficial; SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues, managers and employees professionally.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written to communicate with colleagues in Europe.

 

What we offer:

Monthly salary 1350 - 1650 EUR gross (The final offer will be based on the candidate’s assessed skills, knowledge and experience.)
