People Operations Reporting Specialist (H/F)

Your mission:

As the People Operations Reporting Specialist you are responsible for producing accurate and high-quality people reports, dashboards and data extracts that support EBS operational and compliance requirements. The role oversees reporting standards within the People Operations team, performs data validation and audit preparation, and ensures that reporting outputs meet business needs. The job holder also trains and supports People Operations Specialists in reporting activities, building capability across the team. The role works closely with People Technology, Payroll Operations, and People Services Teams to ensure data consistency and alignment.

 

What you will do:

  • Produce scheduled, periodic and ad hoc people reports, dashboards and data extracts supporting hire to retire processes, audit requirements and business decision making.
  • Maintain reporting standards and templates to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with Epson governance and J SOX requirements.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliations and quality checks to ensure the integrity of people data submitted for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Train People Operations Specialists on reporting tools, data extraction techniques, validation methods and reporting best practice.
  • Act as the reporting specialist within the team by supporting colleagues with reporting queries, data interpretation questions and complex extract requests.
  • Partner with People Technology to ensure alignment on data logic, report definitions, changes to data structures and impacts of system updates.
  • Support Payroll Operations, People Services Teams and Finance with data needed for statutory reporting, payroll accuracy reviews or compensation cycles.
  • Maintain documentation for reporting processes, templates, definitions and data logic to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting, improve data accuracy or automate recurring reports.
  • Support testing cycles related to reporting functionality or data model changes, validating outputs ahead of deployment.

 

What we ask for:

  • Strong reporting, data analysis or People analytics experience, ideally within a shared service or multi country environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, lookups and data manipulation.
  • Experience with reporting tools within SAP SuccessFactors or other People systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify anomalies, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Experience training others or supporting capability development is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with People Teams, People Technology, Payroll and other stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written to communicate with colleagues in Europe.

 

What we offer:

Monthly salary 1500 - 1900 EUR gross (The final offer will be based on the candidate’s assessed skills, knowledge and experience.)
