Your mission:

As the People Operations Manager, your mission is to lead and optimize the delivery of end-to-end people operations services from the EBS (European Business Services) Centre across Europe. You will ensure that core HR operations, people technology support, talent acquisition, and payroll services are delivered seamlessly, efficiently, and to a high standard across all Epson Europe entities.

By driving operational excellence, consistency, and strong collaboration, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality employee experience while continuously improving processes and service delivery within the EBS model.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead the delivery of EBS People Operations services across HR operations, talent acquisition, people technology support, and payroll to ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on employee experience
  • Manage, coach, and support direct reports, driving clarity of objectives and high performance
  • Ensure alignment with EBS service standards and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the daily operation of EBS people operations and first line people technology support, ensure transactional processes are executed accurately, consistently, and in line with European, global, and local policies.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of EBS Talent Acquisition activity, ensuring the recruitment process is delivered efficiently and supports the hiring needs of the EBS Centre and EBS supported functions and countries.
  • Drive continuous improvement activity across EBS People Operations by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, automate tasks and enhance service delivery.
  • Partner with the EBS Centre Head, European Business Services Director, People Services Director and People Services Teams to resolve service escalations, manage operational risks and ensure appropriate controls within EBS activity.
  • Oversee payroll and reward operations within the EBS Centre, ensuring timely and accurate execution for all Epson Europe entities in partnership with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders.

 

What we ask for:

  • Strong people operations experience across the full employee lifecycle, ideally in a shared service, GBS or multi country environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Solid understanding of HR controls, data governance, and audit compliance.
  • Experience with HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and data workflows.
  • Familiarity with payroll operations and vendor management in a multi country environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in international environment
  • Focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Fluent in English verbal and written to communicate with colleagues in Europe.

 

What we offer:

Monthly salary 3400 - 4300 EUR gross (The final offer will be based on the candidate’s assessed skills, knowledge and experience.)
