Are you an experienced Supply Chain Manager?

Would you like to establish a new team in Riga?

As the Supply Chain Manager in for Epson’s European Business Services (EBS) organisation you will provide overall leadership for the EBS supply chain team (Customer Operations and Logistics) ensuring high-quality delivery to the coordination, customer operations, and channel incentive areas.

This role focuses on process optimization, service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder alignment within the EBS framework.

This is a great opportunity to join Epson as we establish our brand-new office in Riga. You’ll be a founding member of our Epson Business Services team, collaborating with colleagues locally across functions such as finance, supply chain and logistics. You’ll also work closely with Epson teams all over Europe. 

Salary: 50,752 – 63,440 (EUR) + Bonus

What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Supply Chain EBS team – Logistics, Customer Operations, Channel incentives.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts and coordinators within the EBS.
• Ensures consistent service delivery across regions and business units through standardised processes and KPI’s.
• Develop and execute the SSC strategy, aligning with business goals.
• Drive performance management and continuous process improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with local retained organisations, senior management, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Build and develop a high-performing team culture within the SSC.
• Retain high employee engagement and talent development.

What we ask for:Bottom of Form

• Relevant bachelor’s degree / Masters or ability to work and interact at this level.
• Previous experience managing a large diverse SSC team for a sales focused multinational, handling volume transactions.
• Previous Supply chain experience including Logistics, Channel Incentives and Customer Operations experience to be able to work at this level.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• First class MS Office skills, in particular Power BI / Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and service delivery metrics.
