Your mission: 

 

The Junior Sales Operations Specialist supports the team in delivering end‑to‑end customer service and maintaining daily transactional activities. This involves assisting in coordinating with Supply Chain, Finance, and local sales teams to help manage customer orders and support the handling of various claims processes. 


What you will do: 

 

  • Support customers with daily questions. 
  • Support accurate order processing and collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth delivery. 
  • Assist with order updates (changes, cancellations, back-orders) and keep customers informed. 
  • Support with system queries, returns and billing. 
  • Help with customer claims by gathering information and supporting the resolution process. 

 

What we ask for: 

 

  • Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration or a related field 
  • Comfortable working with standard IT systems and spreadsheets 
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in an international environment 
  • Good English (written and spoken) for communication with colleagues in Europe.
