Your mission: 

 

The Junior Channel Incentives Specialist is responsible for supporting the team in the planning, administration, and execution of incentive programs designed to motivate channel partners (distributors, resellers, etc.) to increase sales and achieve business goals.


What you will do: 

 

  • Support the calculations, validation and processing of discounts, rebates, and sales commissions in line with defined processes and deadlines. 
  • Assist with the setup, monitoring, and administration of discount and promotional programs for direct and indirect customers.
  • Support Target to Pay activities, including target monitoring, performance evaluation, and commission calculations. 
  • Perform basic checks and data validation to ensure data accuracy (sales, inventory, sell-out data, etc.)
  • Assist with manual calculations when required.
  • Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and standardization
  • Support colleagues compliance, audit, and internal control requirements (including JSOX), under team guidance.

 

What we ask for: 

 

  • Higher education or ongoing studies in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Motivation to learn Order-to-Cash processes and pricing strategies.
  • Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI  will be considered an advantage. 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues internationally. 
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken) for communication with colleagues across Europe.
