Your mission:

The  Junior Customer Operations Specialist supports the team  in delivering end-to-end customer support, including the daily transactional relationship. This involves assisting in coordinating with teams Supply Chain, Finance and local sales to take ownership of customer orders and the various claims cycles.

 

What you will do:

  • Support customers with daily questions.
  • Support accurate order processing and collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Assist with order updates (changes, cancellations, back - orders) and keep customers informed.
  • Support with system queries, returns and billing.
  • Help customer claims by gathering information and supporting the resolution process. 

 

What we ask for:

  • Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration or related field.
  • Confortable working with standart IT systems and spreadsheets.
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop in an international enviroment.
  • Good English skills (written and spoken) for communication with colleagues in Europe.

 

What we offer: 

Monthly salary 1300 EUR gross.
