Your mission:

 

The Junior Accounts Payable Administrator supports the AP team by assisting with invoice and expense claim processing, helping with payment runs, and contributing to vendor statement reconciliations. This role helps ensure payments are handled accurately and supports the timely reporting of the company’s accounts.

This is a great opportunity to join Epson as we establish our brand-new office in Riga. You’ll be a founding member of our Epson Business Services team, collaborating with colleagues locally across functions such as finance, supply chain and logistics. You’ll also work closely with Epson teams all over Europe.  


What you will do:

 

  • Help process supplier invoices accurately using our digital invoicing tools
  • Assist with posting invoices and payments into the finance system
  • Support the team in preparing payment runs and monthend tasks
  • Maintain vendor information and keep invoice files organized
  • Help process employee travel and expense claims
  • Respond to basic vendor and internal queries, escalating when needed
  • Carry out general administrative tasks to support the AP team

 

What we ask for:

 

  • Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Motivation to gain knowledge and experience in accounting and accounts payable processes
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in an international environment
  • Good English (written and spoken) for communication with colleagues in Europe.
