The Fulfilment Specialist ensures timely and accurate conversion of sales orders into delivery instructions, supporting monthly sales volumes exceeding €100M.

 

The role focuses on optimizing the order-to-cash process, managing delivery creation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet service levels and cost-efficiency targets.

 

This is a great opportunity to join Epson as we establish our brand-new office in Riga. You’ll be a founding member of our Epson Business Services team, collaborating with colleagues locally across functions such as finance, supply chain and logistics. You’ll also work closely with Epson teams all over Europe. 

 

Salary: 14,808-18,510  (EUR) + Bonus

What you will do:

 

  • Ensure that deliveries are created on-time to meet customers’ requirements as early as possible in the day to enable our 3PL warehouses to meet their KPI, done by analyzing Stock availability against Sales Organizations’ allocation then within the countries own split based on its priority.
  • Analyze Sales orders in terms of volumes m³ and split these Sales orders into volumes such that we build full truck loads where possible, this is an important cost saving opportunity step in our overall process.
  • Understand the customers’ requirements in the 10-digit code (i.e. pallet height + pallet type constraints) in order to maximize efficiency of the delivery created.
  • Act as a troubleshooter when issues occur (on availability/ non-landed stock etc.).
  • Monitor inbound flow Port -> Internal Container Yard -> Warehouse flag gaps vs. back-orders especially near month end.
  • Provide feedback to Business planning regarding delays / shortages to support them optimize the availability plan.
  • Analyze the Daily file from 3PL for issues. Ensure planned Goods issue date is managed well (i.e. not slipping).
  • Act as a trouble shooter when issues occur with sales or sales deliveries.
  • Ensure the accuracy of SAP data by performing the necessary check and clean-up actions on a regular basis.
  • Return management: follow up the claims reported by ESC’s.
  • Create a monthly report to the ESC’s stating their Backlogs, the Service level, the TAT, the transport costs and the claims.
  • Produce / create reports out of SAP based on queries ad-hoc related to fulfilment matters.
  • Work close with the 3PL to ensure a smooth process of customer’s orders.
  • Be proactive in problem solving and anticipate problems at an early stage

 

What we ask for:Bottom of Form

 

  • Two years work experience preferably in similar Supply Chain role.
  • Excellent Excel skills, detail driven, strong analytical skills.
  • Good ERP knowledge ideally SAP or S4 Hana.
  • Good Microsoft suit skills and Power BI a distinct advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication style towards internal & external stakeholders.
  • Excellent English language skills (written & spoken) German a distinct advantage
