The E-Commerce Operations Supervisor will coordinate the E-commerce operations team to support the back-end operations of Epson’s European e-commerce business.
This role will work closely with the Central E-commerce team to ensure smooth order processing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
What you will do:
- Support and lead the daily activities of the eCommerce Operations team.
- Handle escalated operational and customer service issues.
- Monitor KPIs, operational performance and report to regional team.
- Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain and external partners.
- Oversee order processing, stock levels, payments and fraud prevention.
- Manage credit/debit notes, returns, claims and financial inquiries.
- Drive process improvements and support training and documentation.
What we ask for:
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience to be able to work and interact at this level.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions, under pressure, to provide solutions to non-standard problems.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) and SAP / SAP BI.
- Experience with eCommerce solutions, tools and processes.
- Experience in International sales transactions and reporting requirements.
- Experience in improving and implementing processes.
- Good written and spoken English for communication with colleagues across Europe.
