E Commerce Operations Specialist

Your mission:

Would you like to join a newly created team in Riga?

The E commerce Operations Specialist maintains and administers the European e commerce back-end systems and acts as a problem-solving liaison between internal teams and external partners. The specialist handles complex situations using standard processes or by developing tailored solutions. 

 

What you will do:

  • Customer support and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and administer order processes.
  • Manage various documentation related to customer order processing.
  • Process damage claims and return requests.
  • Prepare reports and perform data analysis.
  • Participate in the improvement and development of e commerce processes.

 

What we ask for:

  • Relevant education in e commerce or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to make sound independent decisions and find solutions in non standard situations.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience working with SAP / SAP BU.
  • Experience with e commerce solutions, tools, and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in international sales transactions and reporting.
  • Experience in process improvement and implementation.
  • Good English skills for communication with colleagues across Europe.

 

What we offer:

Montly salary from 1500 EUR gross (The final offer will be based on the candidate’s assessed skills, knowledge and experience.)
