Would you like to join a new Supply Chain Team in Riga?
The Delivery Allocation Coordinator ensures timely and accurate conversion of sales orders into delivery instructions, supporting monthly sales volumes exceeding €100M.
The role focuses on optimizing the order-to-cash process, managing delivery creation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet service levels and cost-efficiency targets. This includes operational support of data collection and sales commission plan.
This is a great opportunity to join Epson as we establish our brand-new office in Riga. You’ll be a founding member of our Epson Business Services team, collaborating with colleagues locally across functions such as finance, supply chain and logistics. You’ll also work closely with Epson teams all over Europe.
What you will do:
- Create sales deliveries on time to meet customer requirements and support 3PL warehouse KPIs
- Analyze stock availability and sales orders to build efficient, full truck loads and reduce transport costs
- Ensure deliveries meet customer-specific pallet and packaging requirements
- Monitor inbound and outbound flows to identify shortages, backlogs, and delays (especially at month end)
- Act as a point of contact and troubleshooter for delivery, stock, and order issues
- Maintain high-quality SAP data through regular checks and corrections
- Collaborate closely with 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Support returns management and follow up on claims
- Create and analyze regular and ad hoc reports (service level, backlog, TAT, transport costs)
- Proactively identify risks and suggest improvements to planning and fulfillment processes.
What we ask for:
- Relevant work experience, ideally in a Supply Chain or Order Fulfilment role or a degree in a related field
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is an advantage
- Good ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP or S/4HANA
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe.
