Your mission:

The Customer and Service Support Administrator perform simple and well-defined administrative tasks to support the entire service team. This role also includes handling customer inquiries and complaints. By working closely with local service administration teams, the position ensures that administrative service tasks, as well as customer requests and complaints, are processed quickly and efficiently.

 

What you will do:

  • Processing standardized service invoices, credit notes, and other financial transactions for authorized service partners and customers.
  • Preparing defined, regular, and standardized reports on service process quality and the performance of authorized service partners.
  • Collaborating with and supporting the local service administration team in various administrative tasks.
  • Implementing and ensuring administrative processes and procedures in accordance with process descriptions and work instructions.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and service-related issues.
  • Implementing and following customer service and complaint-handling guidelines.
  • Processing spare parts orders for all customer service activities.
  • Handling warranty, extended warranty, and service contract requests in accordance with established procedures.

 

What we ask for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills when working with colleagues and both internal and external customers.
  • Professional and composed behavior in challenging situations, including dealing with demanding customers and emotional communication.
  • Openness to process changes and innovation.
  • Strong teamwork skills – ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and colleagues both in person and remotely.
  • Good SAP knowledge.
  • Very good to good knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Good written and spoken English skills for communication with colleagues in Europe additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, data analysis); knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools will be considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 2–3 times per year within Europe).

 

What we offer:

Monthly salary 1160-1600 EUR gross (the finale offer will be based on the candidate's assessed skill, knowledge and experience).
