Your mission:
The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for processing all invoices and expense claims, performing payment runs and reconciling vendor statements. Ensures correct payments of claims and invoices and contributes to the accurate and timely reporting of the company’s accounts.
This is a great opportunity to join Epson as we establish our brand-new office in Riga. You’ll be a founding member of our Epson Business Services team, collaborating with colleagues locally across functions such as finance, supply chain and logistics. You’ll also work closely with Epson teams all over Europe.
What you will do:
- Process supplier invoices accurately and on time using the e‑invoicing system and SAP
- Code, post, and reconcile invoices and payments in the AP sub‑ledger
- Prepare payment proposals and support the monthly closing process
- Maintain vendor master data and invoice documentation
- Process and support travel and expense claims via Concur
- Take ownership of overdue invoices and act as a key contact for vendors
- Act as a contact point for internal teams on invoice and NTPO matters
- Provide feedback and support continuous improvement of AP systems and processes
- Perform general Accounts Payable administrative tasks
What we ask for:
- Previous administrative or financial experience, ideally in Accounts Payable
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with SAP and e‑invoicing is an advantage
- Good English (written and spoken) for communication with colleagues in Europe (additional European languages also a plus).
