Your mission: 

 

Would you like to join a new Sales Operations Team in Riga?

The Pricing and Promotions Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, administration, and execution of incentive programs designed to motivate channel partners (distributors, resellers, etc.) to increase sales and achieve business goals

This includes operational support of data collection and sales commission plan.This is a great opportunity to join Epson as we establish our brand-new office in Riga. You’ll be a founding member of our Epson Business Services team, collaborating with colleagues locally across functions such as finance, supply chain and logistics. You’ll also work closely with Epson teams all over Europe.  


What you will do: 

 

  • Be the goto contact for your customers supporting them with daily questions and ensuring clear communication between sales, finance, and customer operations.
  • Manage rebates and promotions, set them up, monitor their progress, and run calculations on time and accurately. Make sure the right information is available in our systems and reports.
  • Support internal business cycles, help evaluate results, track achievements, and ensure correct calculation and payment (Target-to-Pay).
  • Support commission processing, especially when manual validation or corrections are needed.
  • Handle data collection (e.g., stock levels, sellout reports) and guide customers through data submissions. Maintain high data quality through regular checks and cleansing.
  • Manage customer records in our internal systems throughout their lifecycle.
  • Actively contribute to process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

 

What we ask for: 

 

  • Experience in sales administration or a similar support role.
  • A good understanding of the Order-to-Cash process and key operational KPIs.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP (SD / MM / IBP BW).
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Good English (written and spoken) for communication with colleagues in Europe (additional European languages are a bonus).
