Your mission:

 

Epson offers a cuttingedge range of ultramodern video projectors, and we’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to help bring them to market. Based in Czechia, this exciting role gives you the opportunity to promote and sell our industryleading projector solutions across the region.

 

Should you be successful, you’ll step into a role with the No.1 projection brand in the Czech Republic and Europe.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Drive and execute a strategic sales plan that delivers strong business growth and maximises Epson’s commercial performance.
  • Analyse market potential and addressable segments to generate qualified leads and expand the existing business portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Business Management team to shape and deliver Epson’s go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Assess and qualify new prospects using agreed criteria, building a clear engagement plan for each opportunity.
  • Create detailed account plans for key customers, outlining:
  • budget, data insights, and stakeholder mapping
  • proposed solutions and any third‑party partners involved
  • the value proposition and technical advantages
  • Build and maintain a healthy project pipeline by engaging effectively with all key stakeholders.
  • Accurately track all opportunities using the CRM and pipeline management tools.
  • Leverage internal and external specialists to ensure every project meets required specifications and customer expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, taking proactive steps to maintain a strong competitive edge.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers across target sectors.
  • Maintain long‑term relationships with organisations involved in bids and tenders, ensuring Epson remains front‑of‑mind.
  • Partner closely with sales support, marketing, and functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Present all project and sales plans clearly using Epson’s management tools to ensure full visibility of activities.
  • Regularly analyse performance against budget and provide accurate, timely forecasting based on pipeline potential.
