Your mission:
Epson Robotics division is hiring a technically strong professional to support and drive sales activities across our robotics portfolio. This role involves providing second-line technical support to distributors and partners, while working closely with system integrators and end users. You will support complex applications through programming, system setup, and simulation, and deliver technical training on robot integration and operation to ensure successful customer implementation.
We welcome applications from candidates based in Neuss, Germany, or Warsaw, Poland.
What you will do:
Application & Pre-Sales Engineering
- Support sales teams with technical expertise during customer projects
- Analyze applications and perform cycle time and feasibility studies
- Develop and simulate robotic solutions (incl. programming and system setup)
- Work closely with system integrators and end users on real production challenges
Customer Enablement & Technical Support
- Provide second-line technical support to partners and distributors
- Deliver technical training (robot programming, integration, operation)
- Support complex customer issues and coordinate solutions with HQ engineering
- Act as a trusted technical advisor across the region
Demonstration & Proof-of-Concept
- Design and build demo applications and trade fair exhibits
- Present robotic solutions to customers
- Support trade fairs and events (international exposure)
Regional Support & Continuous Improvement
- Document applications, insights and technical learnings
- Contribute to market understanding (use cases, competitors, trends)
- Support installations, optimization and troubleshooting
What we ask for:
- Proficient in MS Office and programming
- Strong English language skills
- Experience in programming
- Solid technical understanding; technical degree preferred
- CAD and PLC programming skills are an advantage
