Your mission:

As the Managed Print Service (MPS) Product and Solution Specialist, this role is responsible for driving and managing the sale and lifecycle of MPS deals, with the goal of expanding the size, scope, and profitability of Epson’s MPS business.

 

The MPS Sales Specialist will support Reseller and End-User Account Managers, maintain key relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and collaborate closely with the central MPS team.

 

This role is home office based covering the South-West region of Germany with travel across your target area.

 

What you will do:

 

MPS Sales Support

  • Act as the MPS specialist to support Epson sales teams (Reseller & Corporate/End-User) in sales and tender activities, educating partners on technology and solutions.
  • Engage with strategic customers to define solutions, contribute to bids, and develop tailored offers with internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Manage negotiations with customers and external service providers.
  • Qualify and submit special quote requests.
  • Train local sales teams on MPS value proposition, financing, and technology.
  • Collaborate with the central MPS team on tenders, pipeline, and strategy alignment.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and share leads with relevant teams.
  • Localize and adapt centrally provided sales tools and training.

MPS Contract Management

  • Oversee solution implementation and delivery with internal and external teams.
  • Monitor service performance, SLAs, and third-party contractors throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Optimize account management, reporting, and contract renewals.
  • Explore local partnership opportunities with ISVs and service providers.

 

What we ask for:

  • Degree or equivalent in technical/business discipline.
  • Experience in MPS or IT services sales with strong technical knowledge.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain MPS value to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and independent working skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
