Your mission
We are looking for a passionate and commercially minded Product Manager to become the local product expert and drive the success of our portfolio in the Italian market.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing and our European Business Unit, you will play a key role in shaping local product strategy, supporting commercial growth and ensuring our products meet the needs of customers and channel partners.
This is a highly collaborative position offering the opportunity to influence product positioning, support successful product launches and act as the voice of the local market.
This role is based in our Milan office.
What you will do
- Act as the local Product Champion, becoming the trusted expert for Sales teams, partners and customers on all product-related topics.
- Collaborate with the European Business Unit to provide market insights and customer feedback, helping shape future product development and value propositions.
- Support the sales forecasting process by contributing accurate market intelligence and demand planning.
- Coordinate product launches and price list updates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Adapt and deliver product training to internal Sales teams and channel partners.
- Represent the product portfolio during customer meetings, exhibitions, events and press presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manage the product demonstration pool, ensuring demonstration equipment is available and maintained to support sales activities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key alliance partners and stakeholders.
What we ask for
- Previous experience in Product Management, ideally within a technology or related industry.
- A genuine passion for technology and innovation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information from multiple sources and turn it into business insights.
- Experience working within an international matrix organization.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Willingness to travel when required.
