As an Account Manager for our office print division you will develop existing relationships and acquire new channel partners across the region. You be located at our office in Madrid twice per week and additionally have the flexibility to manage your diary working from home and customer meetings.

What you will do:

  • Build a sales pipeline and quarterly goals to ensure strong funnel of near, medium and long term opportunities for new business from named targets and / or assigned markets/geography. Identify, nurture and close new opportunities that result in substantial growth in the company market share, revenues, and margin.
  • Manage a balanced pipeline representing the strategic priorities of Epson and the wider company portfolio of products and services.
  • Build account plans and strategies to leverage on existing and run-rate business, to seed and grow new opportunities whilst maintaining the existing customer base.
  • Sell the full range of Epson products and services, maximising cross selling opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue & margin targets.
  • Build strong professional working relationships with channel partners in the target market sectors, demonstrating breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning Epson’s capabilities to meet customer needs and priorities.
  • Lead the sales process whilst calling upon other internal resources and expertise to assist in solution development, proposal delivery and implementation (e.g. Pre-Sales
  • Ensure compliance with standard processes using appropriate sales tools to ensure a quality and visible pipeline and accurate and timely forecasts.

 

What we ask for:

  • Previous Account Manager experience within a technology hardware or service industry (Printing preferable but not essential)
  • Previous experience with channel/reseller/indirect sales
  • Ability to develop existing accounts
  • Able to acquire new partner relationships
  • Ability to travel within Spain to relevant territories (most travel within 1 day)
  • Open to new ideas and willing to share with colleagues
  • Strong motivation to develop and succeed
