Your mission:

 

Join Epson as a Consultant Account Manager within our Home Office Print & Scan division, driving growth across our innovative consumer and business solutions.

 

You’ll manage a defined customer and partner portfolio, develop strategic sales plans, strengthen relationships, and maximise sales across our marketleading print technologies.

We’re seeking candidates with resellerchannel and directuser experience who are motivated to grow a major global technology brand.

 

You will work remotely from your home office, covering the Slovenia region

 

Applicants must operate as an independent consultant with a registered consultancy.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Drive and execute the sales plan to fuel business growth and maximise Epson’s revenue.
  • Analyse market size and potential to generate highquality leads and expand the existing customer portfolio.
  • Shape Epson’s gotomarket strategy in partnership with the Business Management team.
  • Qualify prospects using agreed criteria, build clear profiles, and create tailored engagement plans.
  • Create detailed account plans for key customers, covering:
    • budget, data insights, and stakeholder mapping
    • proposed solutions and any thirdparty involvement
    • value proposition and technical benefits
  • Build a strong project pipeline by engaging relevant stakeholders and capturing all opportunities.
  • Track all opportunities through CRM/pipeline tools to maintain full visibility.
  • Leverage internal and external experts to ensure projects meet required specifications.
  • Monitor market activity and respond strategically to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decisionmakers across target sectors.
  • Build longterm partnerships with organisations involved in bids/tenders to elevate Epson’s profile.
  • Collaborate closely with sales support, marketing, and functional teams to maximise service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Present all project plans clearly using Epson management tools to ensure transparency across ongoing activities.
  • Analyse performance against budget, delivering accurate and timely sales forecasts based on pipeline potential.
