Your mission

As a Technical Sales Generalist for our Office Printing department, you will support our local sales teams, customers, and channel partners. In this role. You will translate customer needs into the right technical solutions within Epson’s product portfolio.

The position is based out of our offices in Kista and will include regular business trips.

 

What you will do

  • Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners, engaging early to understand their technical and business requirements.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored product or system proposals aligned with our sales strategy.
  • Support technical discussions and negotiations with customers and external service providers.
  • Manage and support demo units, customer demonstrations, and local exhibitions/events.
  • Provide firstline troubleshooting and product guidance to customers and partners.
  • Stay up to date on new products, software, and drivers and share this knowledge with the sales teams and partners.
  • Deliver technical expertise at exhibitions, events, and customer presentations

 

What we ask for

  • Previous experience in technical sales or a similar role.
  • Experience with 3rd party drivers/software and basic software & hardware testing
  • Ideally technical product experience gained in a similar industry
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and event/exhibition technical support experience.
  • Basic understanding of AV and printing technologies.
  • Good knowledge of operating systems (including mobile).
  • Structured approach to problemsolving.
  • Ability to communicate confidently at both technical and sales levels (verbal and written).
  • Solid computer literacy: Windows, networking, MS Office.
