Your mission:

 

To support the Operations Manager and Service team in making business decisions through the proactive analysis and reporting on the key metrics.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Assist with the implementation of new systems and procedures, both manual and PC based.
  • Ensure all processes included within manuals and control documentation are fully adhered to support the Service team with preparing for meetings and reports.
  • Investigate data and report/present results to provide greater service insight.
  • Proactively develop and maintain appropriate reports using advanced Excel to provide intuitive reporting tools.
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness / efficiency of the Service processes.

 

What we ask for:

 

  • Computer literate with excellent Excel skills.  MS Dynamics knowledge is desirable.
  • Experience in a commercial environment in an analytical role with the ability to meet required deadlines.
  • Highly numerate, analytical and logical, with attention to detail and common sense.
  • Confidence, pro-activity, and self discipline to work independently.
  • Able to assess and present data in an easily understandable form using an innovative approach to presentation of reports and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with good standard of English – both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with several operational issues at the same time and ensuring set SLA’s are met and priorities as agreed with manager are dealt with, whilst also meeting deadlines of complex projects.
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel. SAP SM, MSD experience is desirable.
