Your Mission:

The 3rd Party Network Controller works closely with our service providers to ensure that high-quality service is delivered to our customers. In this role, you will monitor KPIs, overall performance, and process adherence, support with issue resolution, and propose improvements to drive better service operations.

What You Will Do:

 

  • Propose and validate potential new service partners
  • Manage assigned service partners, including:
  • Preparing and managing contracts with service partners
  • Ongoing management of service partners
  • Conducting regular (monthly) reviews of performance and KPIs, including training needs analysis and discussing identified improvement areas with the partner
  • Providing cost analyses for contractual service delivery and reducing partner costs where possible or necessary
  • Conducting regular visits, audits, and reviews of service delivery. Monthly performance and KPI reviews are part of routine performance and quality control regardless of audit schedules.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction, including complaint management and escalation to the Customer Care team
  • Analysing costs and reviewing service reports to identify irregularities, minimise costs, and maximise processing efficiency and quality
  • Coordinating with local Sales teams on service-related topics and activities
  • Contribute to the 3rd Party Network strategy by managing and controlling service partner quality and cost
  • Create service process documentation and support Epson process standards across the network
  • Identify optimisation, improvement, and change opportunities to ensure sustainable and future-oriented service operations

What You Will Bring:

 

  • Solid technical hardware and software knowledge in printing technologies
  • Experience managing external service providers and resellers, ideally in the IT or electronics sector
  • Proven experience with IT technology and acting as a technical support contact within the print/imaging/display industry
  • University degree and/or experience in technical customer service and support
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (including technical documentation and reporting)
  • Dutch and French language skills
  • Solid IT skills and strong Word/Excel proficiency
  • SAP knowledge preferred
