Your mission:

The Customer Operations Specialist is responsible for providing end to end customer support, including the daily transactional relationship. This involves working with other teams in Supply Chain, Finance and local sales to take ownership of customer orders and the various claims cycles.

 

What you will do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for end-to-end customer support and daily queries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, claim resolution, and timely payments.
  • Process and monitor customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution.
  • Manage order changes, cancellations, and backorders in line with customer expectations.
  • Handle Managed Print Service queries, system support, returns, and billing.
  • Own the full claims process (commercial claims, back margin, price protection, rebates, promotions, and logistics claims) through to resolution.
  • Maintain and administer customer data and lifecycle processes in Epson systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with JSOX and audit requirements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills when working with colleagues and both internal and external customers.
  • Professional and composed behavior in challenging situations, including dealing with demanding customers and emotional communication.
  • Openness to process changes and innovation.
  • Strong teamwork skills – ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and colleagues both in person and remotely.
  • Good SAP knowledge.
  • Very good to good knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written to communicate with colleagues in Europe, additional European languages are an advantage.

 

What we offer: 

Monthly salary 1500 - 1700 EUR gross (the finale offer will be based on the candidate's assessed skill, knowledge and experience).
