We have the opportunity for a CRM Data Specialist to join our team, initially on a one-year contract. You’ll be working from our Amsterdam office on a hybrid basis and have deep connections to Epson colleagues across Europe. 

The role is split across three main pillars:

  • Data collection
  • Account master data maintenance and contract management (Internal Systems, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP)
  • Rebate and promotional calculation and payment

 

You’ll be the first point of contact for external and internal stakeholders who rely on your collaboration to proactively uncover any issues as well as re-actively resolve queries in a timely manner.

 

What you will do:

  • Data collection: Ensure all the expected data has been provided timely and complete
  • Data maintenance:  Implement and manage reporting and quality control systems to check and improve the accuracy of the data including the data cleansing.
  • Correctly perform the Account deduplication and ensure the correct set up of the Account Hierarchy is in place for the rebate payment
  • Rebate Simulation: Manage the Budget Simulation Process of the yearly Indirect Rebate amount (if required locally)
  • Set up of the Channel Programs with the related Contract & Benefit template, the creation of the Marketing lists and Simulation data
  • Ensure customers with contracts have been correctly created and information related to Contract, Agreement and Promotion
  • Agreement management: Check and support the creation of the agreements from MSD, including the approval process, Contract signature collection and recording
  • Rebate Monitoring and queries: Continuously check that correct data is available for external and internal customers
  • Provide support and information internally and to external partners
  • Rebate Payment: Execute the promo and rebate calculation for customers accurately
  • Support to Sales: Provide information, documentation and advice related to Rebate management to Sales  for helping them to use MSD properly and efficiently.

 

What we ask for:

  • Experience within a similar job role working closely with sales, finance and technical teams
  • Intermediate MS Excel; Pivot tables and look ups desirable
  • Problem Solving, you can quickly identify problems and proposes solutions
  • Knowledge of SAP or a similar system desirable
  • Excellent numeracy skills and analytical mind
  • The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Good level of spoken and written English
