Your mission:

 

We're looking for an experienced HR Technology Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors) to join our Central HR Systems Team at Epson Europe. In this key role, you'll take the lead in enhancing and streamlining our HR systems—particularly SAP SuccessFactors—to ensure they continue to meet the evolving needs of our business.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR systems while driving forward projects aimed at integrating new functionalities. As the point person for designated HRIS initiatives , you'll expertly manage projects in collaboration with third-party partners, planning milestones and monitoring budgets to ensure deliverable results.

Your responsibilities will include not only project management but also active involvement in system development, testing, and implementation, ensuring our HR technology remains at the forefront of innovation.

 

What you will do:

  • Collaboratively gather business requirements and document decision outcomes
  • Play an integral role within project teams, overseeing various testing phases to ensure alignment with agreed requirements
  • Provide expert guidance and training to empower HR teams across Europe to maximize the potential of our technology
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive project documentation for HRIS projects
  • Liaise with the HR Technical team to address and escalate issues, engaging with third-party companies for support when necessary
  • Maintain an organised repository of supporting documentation, including training guides, process notes, and workbooks
  • Proactively identify and flag inaccurate data to relevant stakeholders
  • Analyse existing HR processes and offer insightful recommendations for digitization strategies
  • Ensure robust data protection controls and security measures are upheld across our suite of HR systems

 

What we ask for:

  • Proficiency in HR Information systems, with a proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Previous experience in HRIS application process design, development, testing, and implementation
  • Strong command of MS Office 365 applications: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships within teams
  • Adaptability in communication style to effectively engage diverse audiences
  • Keen attention to detail and a penchant for process and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
