Your mission:

 

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing Epson's business solutions sales by building strong relationships with key customers and partners. Through the implementation of strategic sales plans, you will drive business growth, maximize sales opportunities and contribute to Epson's continued success.

 

We are flexible regarding the employee's location within Denmark. You do not need to be based at our Brøndby office, and we are open to candidates based elsewhere in Denmark, including Fyn and Jutland. The role involves regular visits to customers/partners as required.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Develop and implement the sales plan to generate business growth and maximise Epson’s sales growth.
  • Understand the addressable market size and potential and use the information to generate leads and develop the existing business portfolio. 
  • In conjunction with the Business Management team define and develop the Epson go to market plan. 
  • Qualify all prospects using agreed metrics; develop the profile of the prospect and the plan for engagement. 
  • Produce account plans for each key customer that detail:
    • the key criteria (budget, data, stakeholder analysis) 
    • the solution and all engaged 3rd party providers 
    • the value proposition and technical benefits identified.
  • Build a successful project pipeline through engagement with relevant stakeholders detailing all opportunities.
  • Track all deals on the pipeline management/CRM system.
  • Use internal and external specialists to ensure the project can be delivered to the required specification.  
  • Monitor and evaluate market activities and take appropriate actions to maintain a competitive advantage. 
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers within target market sectors. 
  • Develop long term relationships with external parties involved in producing bid/tender documentation to ensure that the profile of Epson is high and of priority. 
  • Actively engage with key teams, for example sales support and functional teams (e.g. Marketing) to maximise service and customer satisfaction and ensure the best outcome for Epson customers.
  • Produce all sales project plans in clearly visible format, using Epson management tools, to ensure access to and awareness of all current activities and deals. 
  • Analyse and track sales against budget, providing accurate and timely forecasts, based on deal potential in the sales pipeline.

 

What we ask for:

 

  • Experience in B2B account management or business development within the office print industry.
  • A proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving commercial targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify business opportunities through data.
  • A proactive, customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A degree or equivalent academic background.
  • Strong teamplayer skills.
  • Fluency in English.
