Your mission

As the Manager Business Management, you will be the strategic business partner to the Head of Sales. In this role, you will lead a team and act as a key connection point between local sales operations and European business units.

 

Your mission: secure the sales environment needed for sales success and drive the insights, processes, and governance that support high-performance sales execution. You will also ease the coordination between local sales units and stakeholders from the European team.

 

The position is based out of our offices in Athens.

 

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Sales by providing business intelligence, commercial insights, and decision support.
  • Work with Sales Management and Marketing to develop and implement effective GotoMarket plans based on market, competition, and channel analysis.
  • Build and maintain sales performance commentary for business reviews and executive reporting.
  • Evaluate and approve special pricing requests, ensuring completeness, rationale, and commercial viability.
  • Track performance vs. targets, highlight gaps, and support the design and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the development and review of sales policies and local sales conditions.
  • Monitor and improve the use and efficiency of sales automation tools (MSD and related systems).
  • Oversee sales pipeline tracking and support the forecasting enrichment process with accurate insights.
  • Lead the preparation of annual Business Plans and quarterly reviews with Sales Managers.
  • Engage proactively with European Business Units to represent local needs and escalate key issues when necessary.
  • Support the targetsetting process for salespeople and channel accounts.
  • Manage, coach, and develop your team to maximize performance and support sales execution.

 

What we ask for

  • Background in product management or business management, ideally within a related industry.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and influencing remote teams/ stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Confident communication skills at management and stakeholder level.
  • Technologyoriented mindset and ease with business tools and systems.
  • Proven experience managing a team that supports commercial or sales performance.
