Your mission:

As Corporate Sustainability Coordinator you will play an integral role in supporting the Corporate Sustainability Team in the delivery of Sustainability initiatives. Reporting to the Central Corporate Sustainability Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for data gathering, management, analysis and processing for Epson sustainable operations. You will implement processes to continuously improve data quality. You will be responsible for the delivery of sustainability administrative support across the European. 

 

What you will do:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the European Corporate Sustainability team; including:

  • Agenda management, including arranging and minuting meetings.  Supporting with events and promotions planning 
  • Liaising with and providing support to Director of Government Affairs and Sustainability, Corporate Sustainability Managers and Specialists across the European countries
  • Conducting research, gathering data from a wide range of sources; including business and external data analyzing to produce reports as required
  • Support management of CSR and Compliance projects defined by the Sustainability Team to ensure timelines are met and within budget.
  • Compilation and delivery of regular compliance reporting to the relevant legislative, regulatory, government and Epson bodies
  • Support the Sustainability Team in delivering GHG emission reduction and data strategy programs (including calculations for annual GHG reduction target in Europe for our roadmap towards our Vision 2050 target)
  • Implement processes to continuously improve data quality
  • Supporting and operating the Epson cartridge collection and recycling programme across Europe
  • Raising and managing Purchase Orders for the Sustainability Team
  • Is responsible for overall coordination and administration of the ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and SDG management system, internal/external audits and various reporting requirements
  • Ad hoc administrative support as required.

 

What we ask for:

  • Keen interest in sustainability
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills with very strong detail and accuracy focus
  • Strong analytical skills and statistics knowledge
  • Experience in data management (including extraction, collection, analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization) with an operational focus
  • Microsoft Office (proficient in Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint)
  • Knowledge in scope 1, 2, 3 GHG emissions
  • Experience in ESG reporting is ideal
  • Sustainability-related qualifications
  • Familiarity with SAP system for Purchase Orders raising is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
