Your mission:

 

Join Epson as an Account Manager within our largeformat and POS label printing division, driving growth across our innovative commercial and industrial print solutions.

 

You’ll manage a defined customer and partner portfolio, develop strategic sales plans, strengthen relationships, and maximise sales across our marketleading print technologies.

We’re seeking candidates with resellerchannel and directuser experience who are motivated to grow a major global technology brand.

 

This role is based in Croatia covering the markets of Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania so travel will be expected across your target regions.

 

Applicants must operate as an independent consultant with a registered consultancy.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Develop and execute the sales plan to drive business growth and maximise Epson’s revenue.
  • Assess market size and potential to generate leads and expand the existing customer portfolio.
  • Work with the Business Management team to define and implement the gotomarket strategy.
  • Qualify prospects using agreed criteria and create tailored engagement plans.
  • Produce account plans outlining key criteria (budget, data, stakeholders), proposed solutions (including thirdparty providers), and the value proposition.
  • Analyse sales performance against budget and provide accurate, timely pipeline forecasts.
  • Build and maintain a strong project pipeline through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Track all opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal and external specialists to ensure solutions meet required specifications.
  • Monitor market activity and adjust plans to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers in target sectors.
  • Build long-term relationships with external parties involved in bids/tenders to elevate Epson’s profile.
  • Work closely with sales support and functional teams (e.g., Marketing) to enhance service and customer satisfaction.
  • Agree and review quarterly business/marketing plans, identifying new opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns within target accounts and track ROI.
  • Ensure effective implementation of Epson’s marketing campaigns across aligned accounts.
  • Produce clear, visible sales project plans using Epson management tools.

 

What we ask for:

  • Preferably experience in direct account management.
  • Proven success managing large reseller accounts.
  • Strong track record with large enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrates an innovative, solution-focused approach.
  • Evidence of solid academic achievement.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
